I love performing massage and I'm qualified in both Swedish Body Massage and
Hot Stone Massage.

The basic difference between the two is that with a Hot Stone Massage, I apply all the same strokes that I would with Swedish massage, except with the use of hot Basalt stones.  Both massage styles are wonderful and deeply relaxing.

I especially enjoy using the hot stones because the heat penetrates deep into the muscle tissue - allowing the muscles to relax 4-5 times quicker than in a regular body massage.  The heat is both comforting and warming.

Not only that, the heat stimulates blood flow through the body, which helps you to unwind, control your body's energy flow and when recharged can help to rebalance body and soul.

I am also qualified in

Indian Head Massage and Holistic Facials

It is advisable to avoid a Hot Stone Massage if you are prone to red, inflamed or acne prone skin conditions.

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing.

The theory behind Reflexology is that all the systems and organs of the whole body are mirrored or reflected in the feet and hands.

Reflexology works with the central nervous system and when gentle pressure is applied to specific reflex points, it sends a calming message from the peripheral nerves in the hands or feet to the central nervous system, which in turn signals the body to adjust the tension level.

Relaxation starts from the moment you walk through the door.

Whilst sipping on a cup or herbal tea, and going through your consultation form together, your feet will be soaking in a wonderful warm foot soak.

You will then lay on the therapy couch - where your feet will receive a full reflexology treatment.

Once completed, I use either my beautiful clear quartz tuning fork or my stemmed tuning fork to further balance and harmonise any reflex points and acupressure points that have been worked upon.

The soothing vibrations of tuning fork can be felt deeply within your foot and sometimes, you can feel the vibration run all the way up to your heard.  Once the session has finished, you will be left for a few minutes to enjoy the serenity of just 'being', in harmony, balance and peace.

As an additional extra, either Sound Healing,

Gong Therapy or Angelic Reiki can be incorporated into the treatment.
